I have been a customer for almost 2 years. They are friendly and always willing to assist me, due to I always forget my access code. I pove the text reminders of any changes occurring and payment reminders. The site is well maintained and even well lit at dark. Great customer service and experience.

I couldn't have asked for better! With little notice I was expected to find storage for my daughter on the wknd n thanks to Lauren with Hometown I was able to take care of everything after business hours online. They provided a lock along with added security to assure everything would be safe. Most def would recommend this company to anyone in need.

Humidity and climate controlled very well, 74 degrees during triple digits out. Very clean and maintained buildings. I don't care much for the gap between the units and the roof, around a foot but maybe for climate design some areas are less than a foot but just check you see your unit if you have some small valuable items that could fit through the gap. Other than this excellent. 74 degrees during triple digits outside. I damaged a gate there but worked out to resolve, I'll just say do what you can to not get involved with management
