The burgers are huge. You get a lot of food for the money. The fries were nice and hot. Definitely would go back.

This is a favorite stop for us on any day. We love the Smoky Mountain Burger (their burger patties are so juicy) and their kid chicken nuggets. Don’t get us started on the ice cream…sooo good.We hope to make this spot a sweet family tradition with our littles after bike rides or hikes.Kid-friendliness: A favorite spot for kids! We let ours run in the grass or enjoy sitting in the outdoors with us.

The fries alone are worth it! Burgers were pretty thick, all made to order. We would definitely return!

Didn't live up to the name IMO. Burgers were OK, but patties were processed rather than handmade, didn't look anything like the online photos. Not much seasoning or flavor to the meat, feels more like an outdoor fastfood experience. Onion rings were decent. Spent $75 to feed 5 adults, so $15 per person.

Why the hype for an average burger. Went with a group of 4. 3 Cheeseburger combo meals, and 1 double cheeseburger combo meal. Took back to our cabin, and all 4 were singles. 61 plus 25% tip, won't make this a stop in the future! Fries and onion rings were good.

This place was a wonderful surprise while visiting cades cove! We had our pups with us and this place is dog friendly! We happened upon Burger Master on opening day for the season of 3/15. The only suggestion is they really need a cold service window for the people only wanting ice cream and other frozen treats. We wanted to go back after the burger but decided against it due to the long line. Even with that being said everything else was wonderful! The patty melt is excellent as well do not count it out and get the sauce!

I have been wanting to go here for years. We finally went and it was amazing. One of the best burgers I have had. The fries are great. Next time I will try the onion rings.Wheelchair accessibility: It is not all the handicap friendly it is a gravel parking lot.

After taking in one of the vistas near Townsend, the family makes this a common stop. Bicycle riders, hikers, rafters, and other visitors to the park find this burger and ice cream stop with its relatively large outdoor covered seating a welcome rest. The food is good and staff friendly.Today (30 Oct 2023) was a little different as it was their last day for the season. The staff were *extremely friendly* explaining that options were limited as each item sold out down to the last banana.Plan on visiting next season.

Nice little outdoor burger place. But for only serving burgers, they are fine. Not great. Doggies loved their order of the Dog Treat dessert though :)
