Lauren is very rude and acts as if she is above everyone. I’m sure her life is miserable and is why she has to make everyone else’s life miserable as well. Kicking someone when they’re already down is what she does and she does it proudly.

Unprofessional. Zero follow-up when issues are reported. Customers are responsible for leaks and damage that occur due to installation/construction of a new home being built across the street that happens to share the same water gage/system (I don't know the technical term). We were told to call a plumber since the leak is on our side of the water meter regardless of someone else damaging the area or causing the leak). There was no follow-up. We had to call to find out what the field tech found. Communication with customers is important. Let me add, the same house being constructed, the day they installed plumbing or activated the water, again, not sure of technical terminology, the water was turned off. Nobody notified us that our water would be off for part of the day. When I called Tuckaleechee water to ask what happened, they stated the new construction across the street was the reason. When I asked why we weren't notified, the response was 'crickets'. Again, unprofessional.

No way to report outage on website. Can't meet demand during summer, consistent outages.

They aren't very friendly. They aren't willing to help people. They give little to no disconnection notice. They don't identify strange amounts of usage out of the ordinary. Such as larger amounts of water being used..(the person next door was stealing water from me) they also have no online pay services for their website and it costs an extra 2 dollars to pay by phone. Worst services in office everyone is so stuck up. Rude and nasty people. This company takes advantage of its community.

We have a leakage at the top of our water pump. In which we DID not do! They sent us a 800$ bill trying to say that its our fault. Its not our damn fault its leaking. On top of that we tried getting people to fix it and they didnt even fix it. Lol. Its a joke. Now our water is disconnected and they didnt even give a warning.

Would have been nice to know that the water was going to be out to work on the main before we started doing laundry. Also, the website is pretty useless. It shows no outages.

Stephaney is the shot caller for this company, she possess no compassion for dying cancer patients. We asked for a 3 day extension on a $100 bill and was denied before our situation could even be explained. Every other utility company we are through has agreed to work with us during this struggle. Not Tuckaleechee, they do not care if you are dying and broke from the bills or not you better have their money when they want it or they will not hesitate to throw that $50 reconnect fee on there. Greed, pure greed. Avoid this company if you can. Love the area but this one company has really let us down. Thanks for nothing Stephaney.
