“We had storage units in Tullahoma, then bought a house in Monteagle so we wanted to get storage units closer to home. We went with Mountain Storage, prices are reasonable and we did everything on line, moved our belongings in and now we're only 6 miles away. The only issue is their entrance, they should smooth out the lumps & bumps so you don't think your off roading!”

“Ive been a customer at Cromwell location for several years now. John has excellent customer service. He takes pride in what he does and will go out his way to assist. It's nice to walk into an establishment being greeted with excellent customer service these days. Over the years he's had the same great personality and smile. Thanks John for all you do to take care of us at the Cromwell location.”
