The CVS store has a pharmacy but most of the store is taken up with regular retail items. But the only listed phone number for this is the pharmacy. If the pharmacy is closed, there is no way to contact the store.
This is not a complex problem, but one with a simple solution: list a phone number that allows the store to be contacted when the pharmacy is closed.
My further contact with the company will not make the solution any simpler or quicker to resolve.

I went to pick up a prescription today at the CVS in Trenton, TN, and was treated horribly. The technician at the window began to assist me but then became annoyed when I didn’t understand a process regarding emergency supply of one of my medications. There was recent flooding and severe weather in the area and I was unable to pick up my medication. The tech explained to me that they have to put it back if not picked up in 2 weeks. I completely understood this process. However, when I asked regarding my emergency supply due to being between providers and upcoming appointment, she explained I would have to reach out to my doctor. Again currently I’m setting up care with a new doctor and I didn’t understand, seeing as I didn’t have to contact a Dr previously and athe moment did not have a current provider. The tech seemed annoyed and stated she would get her manager. The manager came to the window did not try to explain what I was confused about, she just repeated what the tech said with an attitude and condescending tone. She told me your prescription was ready for 2 weeks and the emergency was ready for 6 days. Again I understood why they had to put the others back so did not argue at all regarding this. I called regarding the emergency script on 4/4 and my call was returned on 4/5 from this same manager stating this could be done. I’m here at the pharmacy on 4/8 and she states it’s been 6 days. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and close the window in my face. I’m extremely upset to be treated this way. I did nothing to deserve this treatment and the reason I’ve been with CVS as long as I have is due to customer service and not ever being treated this way. I was not rude and never raised my voice, I just was genuinely confused on what I was being told. I’m very hurt and will now be transferring my medications else where. I just wanted you all to know the type of people who you have representing you and how they treat your customers.

Unlike most stores in Trenton CVS is a nice store to go into. It's well lit, clean & fully stocked with merchandise. Employees are friendly and helpful. Everything seems decently priced. Looking forward to my next trip.

I now know not to use CVS when I move to Trenton. I need my meds when they become available, not when CVS wants to get them for me.

When I call a business I am spending my hard earned dollars with I dont want a 10 minute conversation with a phone tree.My doctor called a refill for a heart medication yesterday that CVS Trenton didn’t receive. I called the doctor and they said to check with CVS, because their records showed it sent. I told the CVS girl that either they were wrong or my doctor was wrong. She informed me that she wasn’t lying to me, that every day computers say a prescription is sent when its not. I told the girl not to get snippy with me and I would call my doctor for the third time to confirm my prescription was sent! Im not sure how many thousand dollars Eddie’s Pharmacy will be getting but, I do know when I call I want be wasting my time talking to a computer or a disrespectful tech!
