Came in for a phone upgrade and Morgan and Gabe were fantastic. The upgrade was quoted to get to me after the main reason I needed the upgrade in the first place, so Morgan went above and beyond and helped me out with an adapter to help give me more storage as well as a way to easily transfer all of my beloved photos and videos. I can rest easy and know that if the phone comes in early or not, I can take all the videos and pictures that my heart desires. Thank you! <3

Called the store to see if they had a particular phone. The man said that he couldn’t disclose inventory. I explained I lived far away from their store but needed to upgrade my phone since it broke & he replied with “there is literally 17 stores were you live.” Completely understand not disclosing inventory but he did not have to be so rude.

PLEASE do not shop at AT&T they rip you off and me and my family have been treated terribly. They cut off my phone data for 2 months (its still cut off) because we havent paid our “direct TV bill” (mind you WE DONT have direct tv at all) and they cut off my data for nothing. We told them their mistake and they have yet to fix it. They barley answer the phone for us when we need help with this and the only way to get my data back is it pay 700$ for a freaking phone bill. AT&T SCAMMED US!!!

Brian is the GOAT, best service around wouldn’t expect any less from him. Very interactive, upbeat and a caring man. He was very helpful with assisting myself last year at the Manchester location and just yesterday getting my daughter signed up on my plan. Will return regularly.
