They communicated clearly throughout the entire repair, giving updates on timing and progress so we always knew what was going on. It felt organized and easy to follow, especially with insurance involved. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and they never made us feel like we were a bother.
When we picked up the vehicle, the repair work looked great and everything was clean and well done. It honestly looked like nothing had happened to it. The attention to detail really stood out.

“Extremely friendly staff and knowledgeable in the field. They took a lot of time to check out my Ford F150 to see what damages occurred in places where the eyes couldn't see, as well as what eyes could see on the outside. They will wait for all parts to come in before they start working on it, so it will get done all at once instead of keeping vehicle for weeks waiting. My truck is drivable, so I can use it instead of a rental for a few days versus weeks.”

“If you're looking for a mechanic who does a good job and is honest and friendly, look no further. Mark at T&T is awesome. I needed my brakes/rotors done asap and I called them and he got me in right away. He did a good job of communicating with me what the issue was and had it ready for me the same day I dropped it off. I was impressed and that's saying a lot. A good honest auto shop is hard to find. When I got back into my car they had found a $20 bill I lost and it was placed in my cup holder! And my car drives better than it ever has before.”
“Not very helpful in verifying a part that a store had in Decater, because none of their phone worked in the store, so they didn't attempted to use theit portable phones and then they provided me the phone number which I called personnelly and the store told me they didn't have it. Went to Manchester and they called and they told Manchester store they had the part in their hand and told Decater store to hold the part, which I called way before and they told me they didn't have the part. “Had to fill 2 tires within a couple of days suspected a nail. Took it to this Walmart as I was already shopping in the area. Was greeted by a very knowledgeable young man. Brendon. Who took my information and keys. My cell phone alerted me to the car being ready. Jacob and Jessie repaired both tires and reported nails in each. Such pleasant staff at this Walmart. I recommend you go here for your auto needs.”
