“I just used this car wash as I do most Wednesdays due to the great savings!I have ALWAYS been pleased with the results, as I was today.The problem is I put a $20 in the slot after choosing the ultimate and never received any tokens as change, therefore, I didn’t receive my 13 tokens in change for future use! No problem, I thought, I’ll just pull around when finished and call the service number and the problem will be resolved.There’s no longer a number to call.If that had not occurred, my star rating would have been a five!I certainly hope this problem is resolved.I will definitely keep my receipt in hope of receiving my 13 tokens or $13.UPDATE!!!!!!!FOUND A PHONE NUMBER!!!!It’s located between the two bays.Called and within minutes I received my refund!!!THAT’S WHAT I CALL WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!Thank you!!!!”
