Me and my partner we literally at a self checkout where the employee didn't just hover but started scanning our things for us and putting them in the bag..... Right after we were about to leave the store the lady behind us walked up to a self-checkout and was left alone completely.....felt prejudice...

Love the variety of the store products however the checkout process is highly annoying. What’s the point of having self check out if employees are having to stand over you and check you out? Had I been a dishonest person today, I could have easily walked out with two lady taffy’s that were in my hand because the employee took the other things I had in my hand and started scanning them.
This definitely needs to change! The last time I was in the employee was so close to me they could probably see my PIN number had I not told them I could do it myself. I understand it’s not their fault, they’re just doing their job however the company needs to make actual registers or figure out a different method.

I do not like worker doing the checkout when I am fully capable of doing self check. Either have self check or cashiers.
