Difficult to leave donations. Took my donation to Shelbyville today. A great, organized drive up drop-off. The worker was so helpful and pleasant. Most of the workers in Tullahoma are helpful and pleasant but Shelbyville has the full package. Service and easy donation site.

This is a really small goodwill and the sections aren't very diverse. I have a good experience most of the time I go. The staff are usually friendly, with the occasional grouchy cashier.
