“As someone who is nervous even stepping foot into gyms I’ve always felt comfortable here. I have a trainer twice a week that is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me see real progress. You can tell they really care about the place and the people. I’ve seen them moving equipment around a lot lately and getting new machines in, always trying to improve things. The family that owns it is amazing and the staff is so sweet and accommodating. I love it and always look forward to going!”
