Immediately greated and offered assistance. I asked for time to look first and they gave it to me. When I was ready I spoke to that employee again and he got me what I needed from the back. Pleasant and easy.

Would recommend that your employees be more helpful. There were three young ladies (employees) standing behind the counter doing nothing when we arrived. Not one of them offered to help us! After 10 minutes or more I finally had to go ask for help. At which time one of the ladies rolled her eyes at me and walked away! If there were another place in Tullahoma to buy the brand of shoes we were there for, I would definitely shop some where else!!!
