“April 09, 2024 My wife and I visit many Tractor Supply stores all over the United States and we both agree that every store has its own design, stock and personnel. This store has more merchandise to offer than the store where we live just a few miles down the road. We generally get welcomed upon entering but not every time. Sometimes there is a lack of help yet generally there is someone to assist you if needed. We love this store and feel it is very country oriented and helpful to all as there are no other stores offering what they do. Thankful!

“Spoke with Manager James about a project we were having on our farm for school children and he was glad to help. I’m so glad to have the support of our local Lowe’s store. I’ll continue bypassing the other store that’s in between my home and this store because of the customer service they provide. To top off that great service Kim was there to make sure I received those items and help me load them into my truck.

“The following is my recent experience with the Home Depot special order program and store employees. I felt like they needed correction for not refunding my money whensomeone posted the product was received but I had not obtained it. Yesterday corporate investigated this and refunded me. Thank you for your kindness. It means a lot to seniors like me.

I ordered over $200 of well drilling pipe and sand point driver last week. My husband and I had to delay getting water flowing in our well again for an entire week waiting on the drill point. When it arrived my husband went to pick it up. The employees over the at the counter refused to go back and locate the adapter which was missing. Is this how you run a store? I won't ever order from you again. I am updating a 900 sq. Ft. house this year. Maybe Lowes wants customers. Notice the image below. It is their professional way of telling you they are not refunding your bank after you did not receive your product you ordered. Instead they will keep your money. Beware!”
