Kroger Pharmacy is highly regarded for its helpful and patient staff, such as Lee and Denise, who go above and beyond for customers. Many appreciate the prompt and caring service, especially during their first visits. However, some customers have expressed frustration with the new automated system, which occasionally malfunctions, contrasting with their positive experiences with the previous system. Long-time customers have built trust in the pharmacy, noting that the staff actively seeks ways to save on prescriptions and even locates medications from other locations when necessary. Overall, Kroger Pharmacy is seen as a reliable choice for prescription needs.

The pharmacy goes above and beyond I feel like and they always have everything I need. They are very quick to fill your prescription and they always try to get you the best price. I love this pharmacy! I have been using them for a few years now.

Lee, Denise, sesna, and the whole crew are great. They are very helpful and patient. They have gone above the call of duty several times for my family.
