When I called to inquire, I literally had to pull information out of the person who answered the phone! If I’m calling to inquire about my three children and ask about the program, I feel like I shouldn’t have to pull information out of the person I’m speaking with

I just had a wonderful experience inquiring about the daycare service. Answered all of my questions without hesitation and compassion. Hope my child will be attending here soon!
