At 1:15 am there’s a sign on the door saying they are in the middle of shift change which I understand to lock the doors for it and swap register and count down change or whatever needed to be done but a hour after midnight and then I sit at the fuel pump for 20 minutes seeing if maybe she was running behind but nope pretty positive that someone didn’t want to do their job considering we where acknowledged but yet ignored twice and it doesn’t take over an hour to count down a drawer idk what her problem was but if this is a nightly occurrence they need to go ahead and take down their 24/7 advertisement considering this is the second time this has happened this week but first time it happened to me personally big thumbs down for me I’ll give grace where needed but I don’t see any reason for this

Heavan is the best cashier. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the store. Give that girl a raise!

Had the best experience ever here I came in only for gas and my daughter wanted a cup and I didn’t have the money to buy it I’m struggling right now and the girl inside MAPCO asked her if she could buy her the cup it made my heart feel better cause I couldn’t buy it for her. She was so sweet

My wife and I have this as our go-to gas station. Michael is always extremely friendly and helpful and makes the stop-in better. As long as he's there, we'll keep coming.

I am a regular at this mapco and normally have no complaints. However, today I went in and picked up several things around 3:20pm and had my total come to around $22, I only had a $100 bill and the cashier said they couldn't break a 100. I told them it was all I had and he said he could try but he just opened his register and didn't think he had it. He checks and says yeah I don't have it. I said can you not pull money out of the safe. He informed me that no he can't.I left without my items. Drove across town to another mapco got the exact same things and went to check out. The cashier had to pull money from the safe to break my hunderd. According to the other mapco there is no reason they can not pull from the safe. I wonder how much money East Lincoln Street mapco losses their company daily by refusing to make change?

Rude! Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes while I wasn't greeted, or acknowledged. Waste of space employees would do better on the street than working for what USED TO BE a good company.
