Great service and great prices. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable, and kind. I was able to get what I needed without having to wait for it to be shipped to me. Best of all, there is no fiberglass in the these mattresses! I would recommend Mattress Firm in Tullahoma for sure!

Trish helped me today and she got me all taken care of with exactly what I needed- super fast! I was in and out in what seemed like just 5 mins. She is the best. I love her and will go back and get all my mattress needs taken care of there!!

Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. Choosing a mattress is time consuming (for me anyway) and I took quite a while and asked a lot of questions. He was very patient and helped me make the right choice. Great service and I feel we for a very good deal. This bed is for our guest room. We will be back soon to get our new tempurpedic!

I ordered my mattress by phone. Trish was my agent and was extremely professional. She assisted me in my many needs. A few more questions and my new mattress will be delivered next week. Easy 1, 2, 3.

It was our first time visiting this location and our salesman, Mark Burgnon, was very informative, knowledgeable and helpful. He was not pushy at all and answered all of our questions. He was very patient as we finally made up our minds on which mattress to buy. Highly recommended this location!

I called several days before my in-person visit to Mattress Firm and spoke to Mark about some pillows. He was kind and helpful over the phone. I then visited the store on Labor Day to test and purchase the pillows I inquired about over the phone. Mark remembered me calling and was very kind, helpful during the purchasing experience.
