The worst shopping experience in Us I ever had
I bought a thermal paper for my printer 2 days ago and unfortunately it doesn’t work it couldn’t be used I doubt it’s expired and when I drove half an hour to return it they told me I have to keep the packaging even I have the receipt and I have to find out the packaging from my big trash can when I lost my patience I tried to contact the customer service oh my god I wasted my time sorry I never know I should keep the packaging because I think Office Depot is a big brand anyway I won’t shop at Office Depot again

P this place has incredibly poor and inconsistent customer service. For some reason they like to talk down to their customers. Absolutely rude over the phone. It's like pulling teeth dealing with this OfficeMax location.

Here in Tullahoma is OfficeMax Office Depot lacks customer service. They just look at you and say do it yourself horrible lousy service.
