“I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews for places like this, but there is one employee who truly makes this location stand out from the rest.

Sebastian is, hands down, the best. From the moment you walk through the door, he greets you with the biggest smile and a genuine, enthusiastic “Welcome to PetSmart.” And yes, I know everyone is trained to greet customers — but Sebastian takes it to a whole different level. He remembers us, greets us by name, and makes every visit feel personal. I’m not an alcoholic, I’m a fishoholic, and thanks to Sebastian, this place has become my own version of Cheers — where everybody knows your name and is genuinely happy you’re there.

You can tell his kindness isn’t forced or scripted. He truly seems excited to see you walk in, and that kind of energy is contagious. It’s actually gotten to the point where I feel a little disappointed if I stop in and Sebastian isn’t there to welcome me — that’s how much of an impact he makes.

I sincerely hope management understands just how lucky they are to have him. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, Sebastian goes above and beyond in a way that really matters.

We have plenty of other places we could shop, and online ordering is definitely easier and sometimes cheaper — but exceptional service like this is rare. Sebastian is the reason we keep coming back, and the reason this store feels less like a store and more like a community.
