The outdoor ATM at this location has been out of service for over a month. They have a sign it's telling you to please visit their location about 20 miles away. It's a bank I think it has money pay to fix the ATM

I got wise and left Regions Bank several years ago but I still had a credit card from there which I had unwisely charged a new central unit on. I finally got it paid down and went and paid it off on the 18th and said I'm done with this. Today I get another bill from Regions for 31 bucks worth of Interest dated September the 23rd which is 5 days after I paid it off. I'm going to go to one of their branches and have a meltdown. They may steal my 31 bucks but by the feathers of the 13 gods they are going to earn it! I would rather bank with a hobo in an abandoned warehouse than deal with Regions Bank again.#regionsbank

I received very poor customer service here. The tellers were defensive when I reported my issue and it has taken more than three instances to figure out my problem. Nobody communicated or seemed to know what they were doing. I heard bad reviews from people I know who had used this bank service and I am sorry I didn't consider them. This branch is bad news and so is Regions in general. DO NOT BANK HERE.

Not impressed... go into to open new account and no one says anything i wait in line almost 10 minutes to be told to have a seat someone will be right with me.... 45 minutes later im still sitting and someone pops out of an office and says oh i didnt know you were waiting.... takes forever to open account. I am given the options to travel 45 minutes to pick up a debit card or have it mailed. Well lady said it will take 3 to 5 days for it to arrive and with my schedule i wouldnt be able to get it for 4 or 5 days anyway so i opt to have it mailed. A week goes by and no card so im in the bank doing a transaction cause i dont have a card so i have no choice and the lady says to me oh its actually 3 to 5 business days you will have it by monday. So its a friday and come monday no card... tuesday same...you get the picture so thursday i call.... i wait on hold for 30 plus minutes [recording says wait time 13] only to be told our system is down call back in 15 minutes. So i asked if she could just call me back ive already been holding... but of course she cant....she cant make out bound calls. So i go ahead and tell her my frustration very nicely [i work in a call center i know how it is] and her response was that i should go pick up a card if i cant wait the 10 business days it takes to ship and she is sorry im frustrated but all banks have their issues. So i have now waited more than any time frame for a card and guess what... my mail just ran and guess what i didnt get.... not trying to be petty but it woukd be nice to have some customer service and a straight answer from a company dealing with my money.

This is the worst bank to deal with, you can never get thru to the branch or the main line. The hours are horrible , they open when people are already at work and close at 4 pm before people get off. If you go on your lunch it takes forever inside and thru the drive thru.. Soon as I can I will move my mortgage from this bank, just glad I didn't do anything thing else here.
