No public restroom my behind. I know the lot requires to have public restrooms. They're straight up locking the door and Saying out of order.

The place is clean.however I asked for to use the restroom and the clerk told me it was closed to the public. And suggested I use the side parking lot.

Went in to buy a nicotine product and the lady at the counter questioned me and acted like my ID was fake despite my valid state ID with the real ID symbol. She still sold me the product but then proceeded to act like I was buying for a minor because I paid cash. Lots of people pay cash for various things. I did not appreciate her acting like I was lying about my age. She was very rude and unprofessional. I understand she was trying to do her job but she should have went about it in a different way.

When I called for assistance at the pump because I am in a wheelchair . The guy acted like he was going to come out especially since he asked if I was paying with cash or card. After waiting on phone like he said to do since he was helping customer. Told me he could not come inside. He should be aware there is a law stating for him as a business owner to comply (ADA).
