“UPS crew went above and beyond in holding my package at the depot so that I could pick it up in person despite a major snow storm that has greatly impacted deliveries and made the roadways impassable in many places.They were very friendly and helpful even though they've been working a ton of hours and dealing with a huge backlog of packages and lots of customers looking for updates. It's rare to find great customer service anymore, especially when things aren't going smoothly. Very appreciative of this UPS crew!”
