Worst customer service I've experienced. The man and woman acted like it was an inconvenience to take my order. I had 2 separate orders, one foe my parents and one for myself. They didn't use the normal portion sizes of meat and cheese. Subs were quite skimpy. She refused to take a perfectly valid coupon on the second order even though it was 2 separate transactions and the coupon did not say 1 per person. I wasn't going to argue over $4. Yet, she kept saying no take coupon, only 1...no take coupon while pointing her finger at me. I will not be returning to the Subway on Jackson Street.

Food was good, it would be better if the server could understand English a little better.Parking: It's shared with other businesses, if the have several customers then you will have to park further away.

Wouldn’t ever go there. Terrible employees. Terrible food. Just a horrible experience. Jersey mikes and penn station are right down the street. Take your money down there instead.

If I could give negative stars I would. They "remade" my sandwich wrong twice. Instead of listening to us to tell them how we wanted the sub, they did what they wanted. Will make sure we do not return to either Tullahoma Subway location. Not worth a second of your time.

I like Subway, their sandwiches are always satisfying..... If they are made right. At this store, at the Kroger plaza in Tullahoma Tennessee, they are not. First I ordered a foot long sub. I asked for lettuce and they put l less than half the lettuce you get on a big Mac. I asked for tomatoes, I got for slices on a foot long. I asked for olives and got 8 slices, jalapenos, I got 6 slices. No I am not exaggerating. I asked for mayo, they did that right and honey mustard... They got that wrong, on purpose. She picked up the honey mustard and when I turned to the cashier to pay she switched it to regular mustard..... NO! I don't care how expensive things are getting, prices everywhere have gone up including at this store. A normally $6 sandwich is now $9 so the very least they could do is make the sandwich right. I will be contacting corporate.

The current owners don't understand good coustomer service, and treat non family employees like garbage, Subway corporate needs to audit this location as this store is doing irreparable damage to their brand!

I had to tell my order FOUR different times and she still didn’t get it right. Then, I told her I wanted two cups for water and she charged me $5 for both. I will NOT be back here anymore. Do better.

The sub artist didn't speak English. I could not get her to understand what I wanted. I said steak and cheese and she made a chicken bacon ranch. I was frustrated and should have left, but I paid $9 for a sandwich I didn't want. Then, the bacon wasn't cooked thoroughly.

I know I can always keep my calorie intake in check when I eat here. The bread is fresh and light. The meats and veggies look fresh, and I can pile on all the veggies I want. Delicious and very thrifty when you use the coupons in the paper
