Was there this morning around 11:15 am, parked went in and asked for propane assistance, nice person at check out said ok and got on phone or intercom not sure which and asked for propane assistance. I went back out to the area and waited at least 12-13 minutes and no one ever came out, so i had to leave for other appointments. Its aggravating to have to go in and asked then for no one to ever show up.

April 09, 2024 My wife and I visit many Tractor Supply stores all over the United States and we both agree that every store has its own design, stock and personnel. This store has more merchandise to offer than the store where we live just a few miles down the road. We generally get welcomed upon entering but not every time. Sometimes there is a lack of help yet generally there is someone to assist you if needed. We love this store and feel it is very country oriented and helpful to all as there are no other stores offering what they do. Thankful!

I only gave it one star because I couldn't give it zero! Went to the puppy wash with my pup. I asked if it was being used, she said no. Then she had me pay for it, even though the website says wash, then pay. I was going to pick up a couple of things, but not now. So I headed back & someone was in there. I waited. The lady in there pushed the start button when she left. I tried to push every button & nothing happened. So I waited 10 minutes & pushed the start button. Still nothing happened. I heard someone on the other side of the wall, stacking bags or something. I hollered out & said I needed help. Nothing! What an unorganized mess! So, because the lady at the front made me pay first, I had to get a refund. Ridiculous! Won't be back. If you're going to offer it, make sure it's marked on how to use it & have an intercom so you can get help!

Prices are good. But on one of the busiest shopping days of the year the only person working was the cashier. I was wanting to buy a gun safe but there was no one available to help me.

These people are straight lazy. I have carried two 100lb propane tanks to them and both times they have given me an excuse “we can’t fill those anymore” or “this tank is too old.” I then took the tanks to a gas tank company to get the recertification done only for them to say the tanks have already been done recently and showed me the stamp. They continued to tell me that they have been getting a lot of customers lately stating the same thing.

These people are the greatest to work with I was new to the Tullahoma Tennessee area setting up for over 100 animals and these people have helped me out immensely great staff great Customer Service pricing is good I wouldn't go anywhere else

The WORST cashiers on the planet. Kandi is the ONLY on that should be at the register! You want return customers, try being personable and friendly. If I ran that place those two behind the register tonight, 1152023 would be fired.
