I have been banking with Traders Bank since last 16 years. The great professional and personalized service is so natural, you almost feel family environment here. Ms Shelby Stephens, Ms Misty Coffee, Ms Kelly Glover, Ms Nancy Fuller and Mr Dave Johnson are amazing people to work with.I can’t think of any bank better this one. I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied in 16 years. No wonder, why Ms Misty is the best teller consistently year after year. If you experience the customer service here, you will not go to any other bank.

They do not answer questions honestly. Asked them if they would hit me with a second closing cost and was told no. Then got a second bill for closing coat.from going from bridge loan to normal loan for another 4700. Im very unhappy with them and would not recommend using them. I paid almost 5% in closing cost and and to make 3 interest only payments while they looking for someone to pay my loan from them costing me another 3 grand. Thank you traders for looking out for urself. But they were very nice while they stuck they hand in my pocket and took money fromme. Worse experience in 10 years.
