Got new phone and representative didn't even finish setting up phone and she told us we were done. She was too busy with her phone. So 2 days later I had to drive the sixty miles to the store to have another representative finish setting it up.

I came in earlier this week with many unusual issues. Susan helped me figure everything out. She let me use her personal phone to call who I needed to call because my old phone was destroyed. She answered all of my questions and was very kind, even when things got confusing and complicated.

Sandy was very kind and efficient at handling a billing issue. She also helped me select a new iPhone which was comparable to my existing phone. She was very understanding and did not try to push a more expensive phone. She is an example of a great representative of Verizon in Tullahoma.

Staff was friendly, but the service is a complete rip-off compared to the cost of other services I have used. Hidden charges and additional fees keep piling up.
