Their system charged me three times for one payment. Magically they found two, but claim the third is between me and the company that takes the online payment for them, to figure out. I have bank statements, but that apparently isn't proof so they essentially stole $40+ from me. Even admitted they were switching companies because this is an ongoing problem, yet they hold no responsibility. They charge a "convenience" fee for online payments. If you pay 2 bills in 1 payment, they still charge you twice to process it once. The women in the office are horrible, and have no real customer service skills. Horrible, horrible service. The water is disgusting to top it all off.
