Store manager and employees are hostile and hateful if you try to do an exchange even though I was directed by district manager to go there. They are not trained which in turn enables them to treat the customer with extreme prejudice. These people need to be fired.

This store is even worse than the other dollar generals around here. I didn't think that was possible but apparently it is. You can't even get a shopping cart down the isles because they are full of stock sitting in the way. It was nice and neat for a few years but it's really sad now.
