Awful experience all the way around. Employees aren’t on the same page. You get conflicting information depending who you talk to. If you want to get ripped off and lied to this is the place!

The fees for making payments were never disclosed. The fees for payoff are even higher. The phone representatives did not disclose the higher fees, and then when questioned, lied. Company is unethical, will never do business with them again.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever seen! They will laugh at you, threaten you, make fun of you, and still expect you to give them their business.
