“Alexis helped me with a problem I've had for years. She went precisely to the problem and had it solved in less than 30 minutes. She is a stellar employee and deserves a raise or an extra day of vacation. She was attentive, helpful, polite, patient and I would say very competent. Your company needs more people like her. I'll be checking in with her in probably six months and I do expect you to reward her somehow. It is only right but more importantly, FAIR. Thank you for you time and efforts!”

“Been with this company (at this store) for over 6 years. Never had a problem. The Manager Mr Mike has helped me several times, and he always goes above and beyond to help me and my wife. And he's able to multitask which is very impressive in that line of work. Able to help multiple people at the same time. The store is always clean and tidy. And has seats if you need to rest your legs (which I've got a fake knee so it definitely helps) Mike's always got the newest selection of phones, and the prices are what you can afford really. They have something for everyone. I highly recommend this store. Amazing customer service, selection of phones and Plans!”
