“I usually dread getting Rx's filled. This includes this specific Walgreen's Pharmacy. This was a busy time of day, and I had a new RX in addition to the one I had pre-ordered. So we wait. At checkout, the cashier is supposed to ask if you have your Balance Rewards card, or prompt you to use your phone number attached to the card (or sign up for a card). I was not asked, but filled in my phone number on the prompt at checkout. When I got back to the car, I noticed that I did not get points for the purchase. I went back into the store and saw a pharmacy technician, and asked her about the prompt and the points. She was considerate and thorough, and addressed the issue immediately. I am appreciative, and very thankful for her help.”
“Contrary to the opinion of another reviewer, I have always had good service from the Walmart pharmacy in Union City. The people are friendly and remember you after you have been there a few times. They always have what I need and fill the prescription correctly. And they will text or phone you to tell you that your meds are ready to be picked up.”
“Great place for pickup when u need something in a hurry for colds ..flu..or stomach upsets. You may pay a little more for the convenience but you have what you need quickly.”
“I just love Kizer. Everyone is always so kind and helpful even when I had a meltdown which has happened a few times (it's been a few years since this happened). They were still as kind as could be and when I went back to tell them I was so sorry I lost it they told me not to worry about. Little over 4 years ago my mom passed away and a few days later I had to go get meds refilled. I told them about Mom and started crying. Zoe asked me if I could use a hug all I could do was node yes. She took a few minutes out of her busy day to give me a much needed hug. She didn't do that she could of just said I'm so sorry gave me my meds and went on with her day. I have not forgotten it and she will never know how much those few words and the hug ment to me. I will never forget it and I'm forever greatful”
