Medicine is never ready when coming to pick up. It’s been 72 hours after the prescription was sent in. Was told they were out of stock then when questioned another employee found the medication. Had to wait over 20 minutes for it to be filled.

Unorganized, slow, can't get it together. Not the friendliest. But once I got past that and made it to the pharmacy, it wasn't terrible. ?

Contrary to the opinion of another reviewer, I have always had good service from the Walmart pharmacy in Union City. The people are friendly and remember you after you have been there a few times. They always have what I need and fill the prescription correctly. And they will text or phone you to tell you that your meds are ready to be picked up.

I've been using this pharmacy for years now. It's very frustrating one out of every three months there's a problem with my prescriptions getting filled, and they won't let me know until I've already at the counter to pick them up and pay. I learned a long time ago to call ahead of time to make sure my prescriptions are filled. On today's date I called twice, and they still wasn't right. By this time, I'm having to go back through my doctor and wait for prescription to come through and then get in line again and I'm pretty frustrated. Today I'm waiting to get in line for the third time. The extra help that they have behind the counter doesn't seem to be flexible enough to come over and help at the register when it's time the lines getting backed up.

This is a joke. Each time I get meds I have to give info on insurance again. Have done this 3 times. Everyone is very rude!
