WEIGELS IS NOT VANLIFE FRIENDLY. As a backpacker, vanlifer and perpetual traveler I tend to take advantage of the loyalty programs of various business and Weigel’s is one of them. Not after my experience in Vonore, Tennessee though. Not only were the bathrooms and the coffee/refrehment/condiment station absolutely disgusting apparently the manager is more concerned about patrons parking in the parking lot for more than fifteen minutes then providing a sanitary and friendly experience. After paying for gas, ice and putting air in my tires my wife and I parked far away from everyone to use our devices because we both work remotely. We didn’t take up pumps or prime spaces, we used our own WiFi and had spent hundreds of dollars at that store over the course of three days. The manager still saw fit to call the police on us and completely humiliate my wife and I and terrified her daughter. This is pure prejudice and classist behavior and I will never spend another dime at a Weigel’s store. I expect better out of a family owned and operated establishment. Weigel’s is NOT VANLIFE FRIENDLY!!!

This weigel's thinks that lunch starts at 9:00 a.m. and refuses to make breakfast.

Stop at this store on the way through for vacation. The restrooms were nasty. Cappuccino machine was not working properly. Two cashiers behind counter on phone and talking to each other. Store was not busy and nothing was being cleaned. It does not take two people to wait on three customers. I have shopped at Weigel's alot and this was the first one I have ever been into that was nasty and stuff out of order. Along with employees not even greeting customers upon entering store. Will never stop at this location again.

Stopped in on the way to a UT game. Store area was clean and well stocked. Bathroom could have used some work, but there was a lot of traffic.

Issue getting gas on our way home. WORST customer service I've seen in a long time. They wouldn't refund our 40 dollars and they wouldn't give us the gas. Waiting to see if the charge hard posts to our account at which point we will file a dispute. We will NOT be back to this horrible place

Walk in to get coffee. I usually end up paying 2.17 for an extra large. But blessings come in savings and Mr Michael burchell definitely help me save on my coffee round this time. So I pray for this man because anything that I can save is greater than what I can't save so thank you Mr Michael for doing that out of the kindest of your heart and God bless.

Always go here some of the employees are amazing. But one lady with long brown hair and glasses not to friendly or nice she needs to work on her people skills. And be nice to people. News papers are black and white i don't need to say anything else.

Worst customer service I've seen in a while. Manager is not approachable to voice concerns. She has a nasty disposition. (An US against the customer attitude) Owner: You really should send some "secret shoppers" in to evaluate the customer service at this location.My family is finished spending money at this convenience store.
