Redbox is still great it you know getting a new movie or something a lot of people don't use it but it's just convenient you can get a movie and go home and watch it and just take it back you don't have to go into a store or anything I like it

Love me some Redbox, even though they still have some catching up to do. This particular location I’ve had difficulty with making reservations online via website, as well as through the app. More often than not this location doesn’t have 3 out of 5 movies I try to rent. I did find that they have good customer service and handle inquiries promptly, though I’d much rather reserve my movies without having to contact them at all. It is to my knowledge they are soon to be a publicly traded company, which will be to their benefit.
