“U-Pack was easy, straightforward, and reliable. It was so easy to book online, and it was easy to understand the process from the text and email. I moved with uhaul the previous year and it was terrible, so I was nervous about U-Pack, but everything was exactly as advertised. I had to switch my moving date and they did it with no problems. They send you a text with your "moving plan" that makes it really clear when your equipment will arrive and who to call if you need to talk to someone, and there's always someone available locally or nationally. The driver who came to pick up my equipment was friendly and it all went well! My stuff arrived at my destination at the early end of the window they gave me, and the delivery process was also smooth. I highly recommend.”

Although they have limited hours (8-5 weekdays and 8-12 on weekends) the staff has always been helpful and they have went above and beyond to assist with moving things into my unit considering I have a severe arm injury right now. My daughter-in-law-of-sorts also has a unit here and is also very satisfied. Moreover, you get to ride in a cool elevator. Nice plus.”

“We hired Frye Transfer three times within three months. First when we arrived in Tennessee to help us unload the 26' truck in which we brought our belongings. We hired two men and they worked extremely hard all day long to unload and fit our stuff into a storage unit. They worked so hard that we gave them each a large tip on top of the price we paid to the company. They were professional, courteous, respectful and took care with our belongings. After finding an apartment we again hired them to move just a few of our belongings up some very steep stairs. We didn't want to move too much cause we knew we'd be moving again as soon as we found a property to purchase. Again they did a superb job. Once we found our property, we hired them again and they loaded up a 26' truck with all our belongs and carried the few items we had in the apartment down the steep stairs. Unloaded everything in our garage or house as directed. They worked carefully and efficiently. I can't speak highly enough of this company and it's employees. I am almost completely unpacked and there is not a single item broken. Of course I packed my things very well. God forbid we ever have to move again, but if we do, we'll be calling Frye Transfer!Services: In-county removals”

“This man is a fraud and a con artist!He said that he was a christan and a man of God! and because of that,l trusted him,l paid him 2,500 dollars to start the process of moving my mobile home and was supposed to pay him 2,500 more when the job was completely moved and set up, but it has been 4 months and he didn't do anything!l tried talking to him about it and all he did was just keep telling me one lie after another, now it's going to cost me 200 dollars more to take him to court and I lost my mobile home because he didn't meet the deadline and I couldn't pay another mover! He should be ashamed of taking advantage of a elderly woman and using Christianity as a reference! DON'T TRUST THIS PERSON!”
