I have taken 3 deer there over the last two years. The first was done perfectly and had no issues. The second time I had ordered some deer sticks and when I went to pick it up they were not there. I showed them my receipt and they apologized and offered to make some for me and would give me a call. Well…the call never came and I forgot about it but I can forgive one mistake. No big deal. This year, took my deer there and was surprised at the $175 price tag for basic processing. I was disappointed when my wife went to pick up the deer and there were 3 bone in roasts in the bottom of the box that had busted through the packaging. I had never even ordered the roasts and wanted that stuff all in ground meat anyway. Will definitely be looking elsewhere in the future.

$175 for a standard cut on a deer because H&H is constantly full. No thanks. I'll just do it myself.

Took my first deer ever to them on Thanksgiving Day. I am very impressed with the quality of what I got back! Nice cuts, sealed nicely, and friendly staff. It did take about 3 weeks to get back due to them being busy, but I’m perfectly ok with the wait to get a quality return.

Dropped my first Tennessee deer off this morning and was not prepared. No worries the staff was very patient and nice especially Cassidy who most helpful. This will be my go too place from now on.

Very disappointed in the processing & packaging of deer this past season. My boyfriend had 2 deer processed there this season and the first one we got back seemed to be ok but when we got home to put it in the freezer there were several packages that weren't sealed fully. We called them and they did try to make an effort to fix the problem. We had to take the meat back up to the store & we were told that it was a new guy & he just let him go that day for not doing his job properly. Ok, so the second deer we got back about a month later had pieces with hair or dirt in some of it. And again there were packages not sealed or vacuumed. Again we rode back to the store & the manager re-sealed them. So, today, June 15th I decided to cook a roast. Get one out of the freezer and it looked like it was vacuum sealed. As I picked it up to go to the kitchen it fell out of the package on to the floor. The seal was not fully sealed. Needless to say we will not be back.Very disappointing.

I would not recommend this processor. Took a deer to the told them what cuts I wanted the fella I spoke to wrote it down. Picked the deer up a few weeks later and nothing was correct. They also ruined the cape on a friend's son's first buck and gave the meat to the wrong person. So he's out $150 and they blocked him from contacting them . Very poor business.

Really happy to find local meat options in Carter county. The owner was really nice and cut fresh steaks for me on the spot, which ended up being the best steaks we’d ever had. Will definitely be back!

I had these people cut up a deer in November. They let the deer lay outside on the ground on a 65 degree day. I paid fifteen dollars xtra for sausage I got ground deer. I've been having deer cut for forty years this cut was pathetic .

It's a decent place kinda not organized and forgot to give me my horn's and had two packages of meat not sealed right had to take them back plus they didn't I'd to see if I was even the right person or anything.had to go back a theard time to try to get my horn's.great price's.I have been going to this place ever since I started hunting 12 year's ago.Well took my second one their an everything was done the way I wanted it done but again they didn't vacuum seal some of the meat good once again an I just took a third one their I hope they do better on this one but I will be the last one they want you to pay upfront for your process and lots of people live pay check to pay check so I won't be taking anymore there good luck with the business now you are charging up front an I've been a good customer for many many years not after this one.

My husband had his deer processed here. It was finished and ready for pickup within a few days. Everything was vacuum sealed and labeled perfectly. We had beef fat added to the burger. It tasted better than any ground venison we've ever had.We have also purchased many other kinds of meat from Bryant Beef at the Dandridge location. We do not buy our steaks, burger, pork chops or bacon anywhere else now. It is top notch quality. Definitely recommend both locations.

Dropped a deer off today. The place was really clean and the folks working there were very nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them and they will be my go to processor in the future.

If I could give less stars I would. If you like just giving away money to have your meat disappear, then this is the place fore you. So after spending a lot of hard earned money and time raising three 400 pound dressed out hogs with my dad and uncle we got back the equivalent of about one and a half to two hogs worth of meat, and paid this guy to steal it. Quite the business model, if you ask me, charge a decent amount, then give them around 1/2 or just a little better of the meat they bring. The agreed upon order was no where close to right either. Now I wouldn't consider it proof beyond a reasonable doubt that they stole, or sold my family's meat, but I certainly would bring it to the level of probable cause that they did, meaning more than likely this did occur. We did make an attempt at contacting them to straighten this out, but responses were unsatisfactory and evasive. Now we know, and they know, that we will never prove it, however I remain in my position that we were stolen from.
