I’m very pleased with the experience and help from the ladies at Verizon…… I try to be as simple as possible…… I switched to a iPhone and yes I’m very lost. The ladies at the Verizon store were very patient and polite.

Absolute worst experience we have ever had. Switched over our business and took 6 hours to get one phone set up. And they messed up the promo. We have been back twice and they still can’t get it right it’s always “our business manager will call you.” First time we have them a week and a half. Second time we are currently still waiting and will have to go back AGAIN because our bill is due in 2 days. Do better Verizon. Please.

Worst store. Terrible manager. VERY unprofessional staff and they never answer the phone. Customer service is also a nightmare. Would give ZERO stars if possible

The customer service rep, his name is Steve or Stephen, was super! I’ve been in twice and he was fantastic both times. Helpful, nice, went the extra mile to help me out, etc., couldn’t have had a better experience!
