“We recently had an oil line burst while driving through Waynesboro on a Sunday evening. We were within sight of O’Reilly’s and pulled in. Caleb was helpful to inspect the problem and Debbie made calls to local wrecker services and mechanics and quickly checked inventory to verify the store had the replacement part in stock. She gave us hospitality with water, info on the local hotel since we were 1 1/2 hours from home, ATM and food locations. Luckily, the wonderful, local mechanic was able to make the repairs on site. Debbie remained at the store after closing time to make sure we got on the road safely. This level of service is unheard of these days. Small towns are the best! Thank you again, Debbie!”
