“Car was sitting at NTB for 2 days locked up not even able to be put in neutral. Called AAA for a tow and they sent William from 4lane who was an absolute blessing. Spent the extra 45 minutes to disassemble the skid plate to put my car in neutral that way he wouldn’t damage it trying to drag it out. Absolute professional who I hope to deal with directly now if I ever have car troubles again.”

“To Whom It May Concern,I have purchased several cars from Mike. He has always worked with me if I have a problem. In 2021 I got diagnosed with C.O.P.D and Emphysema. This made working hard for me and in the end made it so I can't work. Mike didn't yank my vehicle or anything of the sort, in fact he has done all he can to work with me and even help me as he can. I don't know of any car dealer that you can tell "Hey I can't pay of a bit due to medical bills" only for him to say "Can I help you" when you're the one that owes money. How many car dealers have done that it's amazing and it broke me I cried no one has ever in my years cared that much about a customer.”
