“Had an issue with our remotes. Second time in about two years. Husband picked up new ones at Westmoreland office, no problems there. But could not get either of them to work. Tried everything we could think of. Ended up calling for service. Called at 9:48 am, technician was in and out of our house by 10:52, both remotes working fine. Everyone we had any interaction with was very pleasant, very helpful and accommodating. The only thing we could think of to complain about is the overall cost of the service. Which is a little pricey. Reliability, customer service are excellent though so maybe that’s what we pay for.”
