Since I moved to Westmoreland I have never had such expensive Electric Bills in my life. I have Propane that I use and my bill is so over the top it's ridiculous, I would never suggest to anyone to move here

I called to try and figure out why my electric had not been turned back on and also to figure out why my electric was 20$ a day, I was met with the rudest and most condescending customer service representative I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with, she proceeded to talk down to me like I was a child and talk over me while I was trying to ask questions, if this was not the only electric available out here we would be switching.

These people straight up just don’t know how to keep the lights on. Get yourself a generator and a kerosene heater if you going to be moving onto their grid. You will freeze to death if you don’t.

Can't get a hold of any one. All extensions hang up on you. So many 1 stars you'd think you'd wanna do better

Horrible customer service and outrageous rates. I called to verify what the billing is for .They give tons of small charges and they do not even add up to what they overcharge for. Some days they will charge exactly the same (for example a few days in a row $2.56). Then all of a sudden you are paying $15.37 for the day. Get it together Tri County. I have had nothing but issues with them since moving to this area

$4,800 for last year electricity for a 1,900 square foot residential home? Really? Wow. This is definitely a monopoly.

These people are great. We had a leg of current out and they were out to fix the problem and was done all within a couple hours. Thanks to Mike and Adam.

Reachable on our landline phone, at least provided an automated report on our recent short span outage.

Obviously, a company that doesn't care. The 1 star rating says it all. Gouging is illegal btw. Also, if can we start making more than one electric company in an area, that would cut down on the monopoly overcharging issues. They know we don't have another option so they do what they want even if it's shady. A year or two ago someone hit a poll in another county than I live in. Still part of the tri-county area though. So, because they lost money they charged everyone extra that day. Guess they thought no one would notice. It's gross that a basic need is so expensive to come by when it shouldn't be.

Our power goes off on almost a daily basis. Occasionally it will shut off for an hour plus. It is destroying our appliances and electronics which are incredibly expensive. If you try to get a hold of these people it is impossible. Their answering service immediately hangs up on you. You never get the chance to speak to an actual person or even leave a voicemail. This service is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. They need to be shut down by the better business bureau. What they are doing should be illegal.

Horrible service, ruder than ever. This morning they shut the power off and let it flicker on and off for about 40 minutes, after the power came back on entirely, our $1500 fridge was fried with a couple of breakers as well. Gonna switch companies asap, I don’t recommended this one. ✌?

First their website says they work 8am till 4:30pm Car accident in my neighborhood took out lines one street over after they restored the power our transformer on our street was making a noise it hadn't before so at 3:50pm I called the local office & told the lady that I didn't know if it was of any importance but wanted to report it the lady said we will send someoneout at no time did she say that it would cost me anything the guy came out at 4:05 & told me the transformers were cycling because of the accident & he left my driveway at 4:20pm & now on my bill for December I have a $150 after hours charge for the guy coming over one street & tell me that so I went to talk toTri County about it & they said that i have to pay the $150 pretty much no other choice if I want to keep my electric & I told them if she had said there was a cost to me I would of said never mind I was just trying to help so the moral of my story is if you try to help its gonna cost you a $150

Rude is their “customer service”. Debbie at the Scottsville office continued to “work” (loud nonstop stapling sounding noise- while I attempted to talk with her. And gave the attitude that phone customers bother her. And that my questions regarding the emails and text messages blowing up my phone daily- big annoyance- were offending her, and I was somehow wrong for even asking about that.
