If I could give negative stars I would. We will be filing an official complaint with the Tennessee Motor Vehicle commission. BEWARE.My daughter bought a car from this dealership and my husband and I tried to help. We are in a different state, so we spoke with a lady who assured us she would see to it that my daughter was put in a safe vehicle. My daughter bought a vehicle here back in July. The price was above Kelly bluebook price, which was fine, if the car worked well! It turns out that the belt was shot, which I found out within the first week or so. Then, the antifreeze was leaking, and it was discovered that the front bumper was falling off, because it had been poorly rigged to look like it was fine. All of this could have been fine, but then the door handle became completely unattachable, and my daughter found out that the oil was empty! They gave her a car with an oil leak. Thankful she didn’t blow the engine. Here’s where I started to get really worried. She took it to a shop and they looked at her oil (where that problem was discovered) and they noticed her tires were bald. She poured money into all new tires and apparently the special key to get the tire off didn’t come with the vehicle (she didn’t previously know about this). She had to pay to have them all replaced and even here I was feeling like the dealership had messed her over, but I wasn’t entirely angry. Just felt this was dangerous knowing she was a young woman and selling her a car like this. The vehicle needed all new drums (there was a gash in one of them that made the vehicle very unsafe) and the brakes cost a pretty penny, too. Superficially, there were scratches all over vehicle and hood… but here’s the big deal: It turns out that the Nissan Versa had been in a previous accident and there was corrosion around the back tail light. She discovered this while having the tail light replaced. Her vehicle then completely stopped working. It turns out her ignition fuse had blown. She had to have it towed and then spent 500 dollars on a mechanic to look at it and try to repair it. While he was diagnosing the vehicle he noticed THE MOTOR MOUNT WAS MISSING! My transmission and motor were unsafely attached! THIS is what I think caused a major issue with my transmission. So now, she will have to pay for this vehicle AND pay for a new build on the transmission and a new main seal or get a different vehicle and pay for this one. AND that one. We are talking way more being spent than the car is worth. THOUSANDS.She called the owner about the oil first (and the bald tires), and the man who sold her the car told her that she bought the car and it was not his problem. That the vehicle was sold as is.She tried contacting again recently (about the overwhelming amount of issues) and found they were screening her calls (the call says it is busy and when I called it rang just fine). So, she called on a different number and they answered. Still, they will not make it right. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Paying $9,000 (with interest) for a vehicle that's maybe worth $1,900, as it turns out is insanity. She has already

Most of these reviews are fake probably. This is a tiny car lot in a tiny town. I bought a SUV from joe in April and it gave me nothing but problems and the motor finally blew the other day. They repoed the car the other day after the motor blew because I missed payments and when I went to get my stuff saw that my car had been rifled threw and I had a metal cargo carrier on the hitch and it was missing so I go ask about it and the worker said oh there wasn't anything on there and I knew he was lying because where my car was parked was awkward to get and on the ground was the metal pin that went to the hitch to hold the metal carrier the pin was perfectly clean so it hadn't been sitting or anything for a while. So please avoid this car lot. I had my car a total of 3 months. I've heard stories from other people as well that have bought cars from this lot that there car broke down.

These guys are great. They really make you feel welcome and do everything they can to help you. They were honest about everything and that goes a long way for me. They did everything possible down to going above and beyond to make sure I got a decent car at a fair price that I was happy with. Not to mention they made my car buying experience hastle free and easy. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a good used car at a fair price. They gave me the best car experience I've ever had. Thanks triple j

If you go here your asking for a lemon. I bought a car from him, lasted 2 weeks. Enter at own risk. And those ppl with good reviews probably know him. It's a small town..
