Words can not express the absolute disrespect, laziness, and rudeness the employees that work here are. Had a package that was supposed to be delivered on Friday. Package said it was delivered and never saw it. Went in the post office to figure out where it was. They stated the package was returned back to the sender. I never received a phone call, email, nor they even knock on my door to even see if I was here! The entrance to my business has a MASSIVE sign that states where to drop off FEDEX, UPS, and USPS packages. Because a Sender did not included the 1 building number, But THE CORRECT ADDRESS. Because the employees here have an IQ of an ant, they said it couldn’t be delivered since the address was incorrect. If I could give a 0 star rating... I 100% would. This was the final straw and never using usps again. The Dickson location sucks, but this location is on another level that it should just be shut down.

Staff rude. A package that was supposed to be at my door Saturday, which was at their building Saturday morning at 5:20 am, didn’t get delivered until Tuesday. When I went to the post office Monday to inquire about the package I was told they didn’t know and maybe it was out for delivery.
