As soon as I walked in the door I was immediately approached by one of the store managers who asked what I needed. She quickly logged into my account, answering all of my questions and getting me set up with the best deal for 1 gig of fiber optic WiFi for my home and setting up the installation date. She also advised me of a way to bundle my home WiFi and cellular to receive a discount and told me about the home electronics insurance which I also signed up for. She was very helpful, polite, and informative. I walked out of the store with all of my AT&T needs met, questions answered and feeling like I made a new friend at my local AT&T store.

The transaction went perfectly except for the uploading of update to the new phone delayed it a bit and I have to return to the store to return my trade in that was only given 700 return value. That has changed since last year. That was no reflection of the service it was excellent. I’m happy with it and my iPad too.

Dave and Co are outstanding top to bottom. The process of switching multiple lines and getting into new phones can be tricky but they were there through it all and got everything set up perfectly.
