“We live in Washington State and I ordered flowers from another florist who turned out to not even have a shop in Hendersonville or nearby. They were for my Mother in law who was in a local rehab center. When I was told that the company I ordered from would NOT be able to honor the promise they made to me about getting the flowers delivered by Christmas Eve I cancelled the original order. I called Brown's at about 5 minutes to their closing time on Christmas Eve and explained my problem. I asked if they delivered on Christmas and if there was any chance of my 84 year old MIL, who was alone at Christmas, getting flowers. The woman explained that they were closing in just a few minutes, they weren't delivering on Christmas and her delivery people were all leaving. I told her I would still like to order flowers even if they got there after Christmas. She put me on hold briefly, came back and told me there was a chance she could get one of the drivers to deliver that day. We called my MIL that evening and the first words out of her mouth were "My flowers are beautiful!". Clearly this is a company with a heart! I was so appreciative! DO NOT order from Ava's Flowers, who is some sort of broker outside the US that orders from local companies and adds on more than 50$ in junk fees. Order from Brown's, they are very dependable and they CARE.”

“I ordered flowers over the phone for a funeral basket and I told the lady the colors and flowers I was looking for. When I arrived at the funeral home, they were the most beautiful arrangement there!! When you order something like this over the phone, you don’t know what you’ll get, but I was very pleased!! Friendly staff, reasonably priced and beautiful flowers!! I’d use them again without hesitation. ??????”

“Out of all the Kroger's in the area, this location is my absolute go-to! I am here multiple times per week and maybe even twice on Sunday. This location is one of the larger stores that features all the specialty areas from meat counter, bakery, cheese island and of course a Starbucks! While the inside stations are great, this store also features two fuel center stations! Stock is always on point here, and it is a rarity that I leave without something I was after. You have to time your produce visits just right, as it can get down to the "meh" stock on the weekends. Service is always friendly and helpful in the aisles and at the registers. They usually have a few full service lanes open, and most of the time they have both portions of self-check open and staffed. Only complaint about this location is the cart situation. The parking lot is normally overflowing with carts, so make sure you grab one on the way in to ensure you have one. Overall, this is my Kroger and I will certainly be back time and time again!”
