I didn't believe the reviews on a post office could really be this bad, but this place it lives up to the reputation. The guy said that they couldn't print off of mailing label, And it was just completely unwilling to help me. My Great tax dollars being put to good use here

I recieved a package that was not mine and needed help finding where my original order went. Refused to help me. I even brought in the package so they can ship it to the correct owner and they argued about doing it. Completely useless.

In line today, I watched a woman with a medium flat rate box get charged for its weight. She even asked the man “did you change the price of flat rate boxes?” And he said “no ma’am, it just varies by weight.” To which she asked “isn’t flat rate……. A flat rate?” To which he said “no ma’am.”
Holy moly! How completely incompetent these people are! You WORK at the POST OFFICE and you don’t know what a flat rate box is or how it works? Or are you ripping people off for funsies when you don’t even get to personally see the money from it?
I hope she sees this and gets her money back. Can’t wait for USPS to be gutted and reformed.

Been shipping small envelopes with 1 stamp for months with zero issues. Had to go into the post office the other day and dropped some off inside. They charged me double postage for them. Said they couldn’t make the corner in their machine. Total rip off. Lost my business.

The clerks at the White House post office are always friendly. I have never experienced any problems at this location. Great group of people.

I spent money to have my sons tags/registration mailed a month later he still has not received. Jacksonville NC sent it back because they didn’t want to do their job then when it was returned White House sent it back saying I could track with sane number. Does anyone know what they are doing because the package is now lost for 30 days!!!

We run a small business and when I drop packages off in the morning they always act like it’s such a burden to take my packages. It always leaves such a bad taste in my mouth and wish they would hire people with more of a business mindset as we pay a lot of money for these labels.

Cindy is the sweetest most helpful lady ever! I had an issue with a new address and she went over and beyond to resolve the issue. Thank you so much, Cindy!!!!Edit: While Cindy is the best, Daniel on the other hand has got to be the rudest person I have dealt with in a long time. Such a simple questions completely ruin his day and he is so belittling when speaking to you. I will be filing a complaint with USPSOIG.
