These days customer service seems to be a thing in the past, but at Home Trust I feel valued and they have never told me to go use the outside automated teller to do my business on, like other banks did. No matter what I need they are there to help me. I will stay a customer of Home Trust. I enjoy going in and seeing friendly, kind and helpful ladies. “Good bank, most of the time everyone is super friendly. The only downfall i experience is that even tho I bank hear and have had a credit card threw hear that I have paid off and decent credit, they still would not give me a loan with o co signer which I think is bizarre.”
“UPDATE today to 5 stars because Amanda the branch manager took time out of her busy day to call snd talk to me about this incident. She has made me feel so much better about going back there. She is going to make it a learning experience for her employees to think outside the box every now and again. It's not often that a manager will give you a call back. Most of the time they just don't care. But Amanda has made all the difference in the world. And I will be more than happy to continue doing business with them. Her phone call today was a wonderful experience And I felt like she really did care. And I feel as if from here on out any kind of assistance will be offered to those disabled. Thank you Amanda. You are one in a million and a very good asset to and for the company.YESTERDAY I gave 2 stars:I had to cash a check written to me by a member(I'm not a member but was seriously considering it but now I don't know. I have issues with my legs and how far o can walk before I collapse. I went through the drive-thru to cash the check and the guy working at the window told me I needed to come in. I told him I said I have a really hard time walking can you go ahead and cash it for me They have before and he said no we've done it before but you have to come in now. So I guess it don't matter if you can't hardly walk or if you're disabled and in a wheelchair. If you're not a member expect to be treated without respect. The lady that wrote the check to me is a long time member here so I really don't see what the issue is even if I'm not a member. Needless to say I'll probably never go back to that branch. There was no sense in how rude he was to me.”

“Been my bank for long time. I usually used the one at Walmart on Davy Crockett but they closed it. I mean I love Lisa the manager and other staff but now having to drive all that way to my bank Bc it's only one in morristown now it's all the way in Talbott and I'm on East end of town I wish they would open up another branch that's more convent”

“My in-laws were customers at this bank for many years. Last year, they both passed away within a couple of months of each other. The staff at this branch was amazing. Angel Soza and his bank manager, Leigh Ann Allen we're absolutely amazing in working with and assisting us in settling the accounts. We were staying in TN to care for my mother in law, but our home is in CT. They've worked with us remotely and have just been so wonderful to work with during such difficult times. The other bank employees are equally as amazing. Super friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about these wonderful people.”

“I recently inquired about notary services for an automobile gift document. The employee I spoke with turned out to be the notary at this location. She told me exactly what the document had to contain and where to get a sample. I returned the next day with the document I made and she completed it for me. A couple days later I was victim of a telephone scam. These people told me I failed to show for jury duty and that I needed to go to my financial institution to get money for a bond. I recently moved to the area and I didn't remember if I received a notice or not. I drove to the Morristown branch....had the guy on the phone....the woman who helped me a few days earlier recognized me and greeted me at the counter. I asked if I could speak to her privately. She took me to a desk and I explained the phone call. She could tell I was upset. With her help she convinced me this call was a scam. I had the guy on speaker. He heard everything and hung up. I'm not sure what would have happened had she not been there. I'm very grateful.”
“Best bank/credit union. I have had an account with. Usually go to the west end Morristown branch. They know you by name and some even remember your information and know what you are going to do before they ask.I usually ask for my balance when I arrive. Couple of them will say " Hey, you have $769 in checking" That's top notch in my opinionGreat Ladies”

“When I went into the bank I was greeted by a gentleman named Luke who took me to a side office and assisted me and dealing with the check that I was unable to get cash in the local area due to not having a local bank that was from first Franklin financial and first Franklin didn't have a local bank for me to be able to cash the check on and so when I showed up at the bank we were originally going to deposit the check into my mom's account and her give me the money but the check wasn't able to be deposited due to the fact I wasn't on her account. So this gentleman took the time and the effort to assist me in opening a local bank account and went through in great detail of being able to provide me with all necessary information to make the right decision for my needs and the needs of my future. So I would highly recommend this Bank to anyone”
“I want to give a call out (particularly to the manager and potential customers of 1st Tennessee) about the extremely competent and caring service delivered by Susan Harbin. I live in Washington and visit Morristown, Tennessee to see my mother and attend to her financial affairs. It can be confusing. Susan knows everyone and how to get things done. She has a really good head on her shoulders and a very big heart. Hard to find that combination especially at a bank! Makes me feel really good about First Tennesee. “I've been banking here for since I was 18 and my husband for almost 10 yrs. I love that we can call to check our balance and 9 outta 10 times they recognize our voices and call us by our first name's or whenever we go through the drive thru they recognize our vehicles and most of the time already have our banking info pulled up before we even give them our account number. All of the tellers are always so friendly and will help you anyway they can. I recommend this bank to anyone. The only downside is their not open on Saturday”
