“Kelsey Ferguson is an amazing asset to your company I’ve had several issues with our mail carrier Kelsey located our package that was delivered without a signature to a new construction house open garage unacceptable I went and picked it up luckily it was still there Kelsey was diligent and precise she stayed with me on the phone even after work hours”

“Well, I don't know anything about these other reviews, all of these one-star reviews, but our experience went very well! We are from out of the area, but they were very explanatory and attentive to our needs, and gave us good direction and took care of our concerns. Hey, imagine if you didn't have the post office? You take it for granted, until they're not there, then what? Above everything else, the facility was spotlessly clean! Nothing to complain about here in my opinion!”

“I run an online business and fill the counter with my packages at least 3 times a week. Never EVER had a problem. Yeah, the hours aren't great, but it beats driving to Newport or Morristown everyday and since they open at 7:30 it's super convenient to not have to wait until later like most other post office's.”

“I've lived all over the country this is by far my favorite post office they know me my name I had an issue at my trailer I needed a new key and it only took a day it was very quick turnaround they were able to take my name information take my payment and I had a new key the very next day for my post box I really like the customer service there as well even if there's a line it's very quick it's efficient it's very cozy and they have a great selection of stamps and other things in case you forget or need to buy some”
