“SAVED THE DAY!! We originally went to U-Haul because it was the only truck rental company that we knew of that was open. But ended up waiting for almost an hour with no one showing up despite being listed as open online. I guess the manager decided to sleep in. LUCKILY we called Penske and were assisted by this incredible individual named Kate who called and reserved us a truck at the home Depot location right near our apartment. We only ended up paying $84 and the truck was very nice! Definitely going to be renting from them from now on. Screw U-Haul!!!”

“That man that signed me out was AMAZING. I wish I knew his name but very friendly. I called a month before I rented and he said that everything be ready just call a week before. I did call and yes he had everything ready I had a trailer and furniture dolly it was hooked up and ready. “Rick was friendly. Large lot. Easy to maneuver. Trailer I had to pick up was filthy. Thought people were supposed to clean out trailers before they drop them off (I always do), and it sure would be nice to pick up a clean trailer instead of always having to clean them out before picking up my next load... But location is good. No rental office here, just maintenance really. Paperwork has to be sent over for rentals.”

“We just recently went on a family vacation. I told them I need a vehicle to hold 4 adults, 2 sets of golf clubs and luggage. They gave me keys to a SUV and a van for me to gi look at. I decided on the Kia Carnival van. I've used Empire a few times. I love to support local, plus you get better customer service . I would never rent from a big company again. We where very pleased thank you so much Empire and to your staff. Job well done!”
