Love the people here, very considerate, and they truly love our fur babies. They also offer medicines that have been returned and were no longer needed to those who don’t have money for it. Great service here!

The staff members are always friendly and always super helpful. We’ve adopted 2 of our 3 cats from their clinic. They care about animals and it shows greatly in the service provided.

my name is Dennis Vaught. I have a 13 yr old yourkie named Bubba whom you all know well. Bubba had dental surgery roughly 4 weeks ago. When I picked him up after surgery I was handed a sandwich baggy with 4 syringes in it. I was to give him 1 syringe per day. I gave him the 4 daily doses thinking that this must be his antibiotic. BOY WAS I WRONG. His entire mouth was infected from the surgery. Calling you, you said I needed to come by and pick up some more antibiotic which I did. You didn't offer to look at him. When I was handed the medicine for him there was the familiar bag with 5 syringes and another bag with a bottle inside with a single syringe. I asked Teresa what was the bottle for (thinking the 5 syringes was his antibiotic) and she said it was his antibiotic. I asked her why I didn't get that the first time and she showed me on his chart that he was supposed to get antibiotics for 10 DAYS. I DID NOT RECEIVE SAID PACKAGE. SOMEONE NEGLECTED TO GIVE IT TO ME WHEN I WAS HANDED THE PAIN MEDICINE SYRINGES. SO NOW HE'S NOT ATE, I'M HAVING TO GIVE HIM WATER BY A COOKING DROPPER. AND COME TO FIND OUT THE AMOXICLAV YOU GAVE HIM IS WITH PENICILLIN AND ITS ON HIS CHART THAT HIS IS ALLERGIC TO PENICILLIN. YOU HAVE KILLED MY DOG. THE ONLY THING I HAD LEFT IN THIS WORLD. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING IN BUSINESS IF THIS IS THE BEST YOU CAN DO. SO AS I SIT HERE AND WATCH HIM DIE BECAUSE OF YOUR STUPIDITY AND NEGLIGENCE, I WILL CURSE YOU WITH EVERY BREATH I TAKE FROM NOW ON. I HOPE Y'ALL ARE HAPPY WITH YOURSELVES. HIS DEATH IS ON YOU.

At one point we had 5 cats and 6 dogs and all were cared for by white pine.We no longer use their services.We didn't leave due to pricing or problems with the office staff.As their business has grown compassion, flexibility and concern for animals has diminished and the relationship between the doctors and our family deteriorated.I'll drive farther, pay higher prices for the relationship that develops when you can trust your vet and they can trust you.

I just would like to thank all of the staff and the doctor for the compassion and support given to my daughter and our family on such a difficult day. On Monday 4/24/23 we had to say our goodbyes to our precious granddoggie Bella. The professionalism and caring attitude really made it so much easier to cope. Thank you for your immense understanding and support. Thank you for allowing us to be with her and take our time with her. You are all truly appreciated and we thank you for your hard work. Out of all the vet experiences that I've encountered I would have to say that I LOVED this place. The staff as well as the vet that cared for my dog were so nice & friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Best experience ever!
